Physio Rest - pillow is designed so that it adapts any situation easily and thus, mistakes in buying a pillow can be avoided. The pillow´s basic adjustment is 8,5 cm at the highest wave. By adding adjustments, a fitting height can be easily found for you.There are 2, 3 and 4cm adjustment pieces available, if you want to adjust the height of the pillow you purchased.

Material

Meditherm foam is viscose - elastic mixture, which reacts to thje body´s temperature and height always giving optimal support. The pressure concentrated on the body is reduced and the need to turn occurs less often. The Meditherm foam is also suitable for allergic and asthmatic people. STYLEX - foam is elastic foam, which gives more support during sleep. The Stylex - foam reacts to the weight and finely supports the sleeping position. The Stylex - foam is perfectly suitable for those who want more supporting pillow. Both materials are breathing and hygienic but we recommend a normal use of pillow case over the protective cover. The pillow´s cover is flexible material treated with antibacterial Tea-Tree.

How to adjust the pillow

Remove the cover. Turn the pillow with the wave pattern facing downwards. Attach the adjustment piece under the pillow. Lift the cover over, and the pillow.

Care Instructions

It is advisable to press the pillow before first use, so that the air inside is renewed. Repeat pressing about once a month, not however when the pillow is frozen. Pressing is always done before taking the pillow outside to air. The pillow may be washed in sauna at max. 60 degrees celsius in dry warmth or in a breezy place outside.(not in rain though)The pillow may be washed also by hand in luke-warm water, but due to its cellular construction drying is slow. Do not sleep with wet hair on the pillow. The cover may be machine-washed at 60 degrees celsius in separate water.
